Master Brister has over 24 years of Martial Arts experience.  All Instructors are certified  nationally through Taekwondo United .  Brister's Martial Arts Academy in Hampton Cove has been a community leader in Martial Arts and several types of Self Defense classes from the start.

 Our students are encouraged to do what is right and ethical, despite uncertainty or pressure by the world around them. Dedicated to providing premium Martial Arts instruction in Hampton Cove and surrounding areas.
